Where we stand
IPTV From Canada TV resells access to streams that other operators run. We keep no copies and transmit nothing ourselves, and what those operators carry is their decision.
Copyright is taken seriously here. If you hold or represent a right in something reachable through this service, send a notice and you will get a reply.
What a valid notice contains
We can act on a notice only when it carries every item below:
- Your full name, a postal address, and an email or phone number where you can be reached.
- The work you say is infringed.
- The exact material at issue, described well enough for us to find it without guessing.
- A good-faith statement that the use is not permitted by the rights holder, by an agent, or by law.
- A statement that everything in the notice is true and that you hold the right, or speak for the person who does.
- A signature, on paper or electronic.
Where to send it
Post it to IPTV From Canada TV, 6714 Rue Marie-Victorin, Montréal, QC H1G 6H2, Canada, or send it through the contact page. A notice missing any item above is returned so it can be completed.
What happens next
A complete notice is forwarded to the operator behind the stream and access is blocked on our side where we are able to. Since none of the material sits with us, that operator carries out the removal itself.
Counter-notice
If you believe something was removed by mistake, send a counter-notice with your contact details, a description of the material, and a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was wrong.
Repeat complaints
Repeated, valid complaints against one account end that account.
