What we keep
- The WhatsApp number you wrote from, plus a first name if you offer one.
- The plan you bought, with its start date and end date.
- Anonymous visit counts from Google Analytics.
We never see your card number; the payment processor keeps it. What you watch is not tracked.
Why we keep it
- To create the subscription and send you the login.
- To answer questions and fix problems when they come up.
- To send one reminder shortly before the plan ends, only if you asked for it.
- To see which pages are read, so the site gets better.
Who else sees it
No marketing company, ever. Your details reach the web host, Google Analytics and the panel that issues the login, and nobody else.
For how long
We keep the order record while the plan runs and for a reasonable time after, so renewals and refunds can be handled. The analytics numbers are anonymous and expire on their own.
Your rights
Ask what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, in one WhatsApp message. Canada's federal privacy law and Québec's privacy law give you these rights and nothing here narrows them.
